This is a way of experiencing a winter’s day differently — through breath, the senses, and small, intentional moments that bring you back into yourself.

You don’t need to commit to a full day.
You choose how you move through it.

CHOOSE YOUR OWN DAY

You can book:

  • A single session

  • A combination (morning + day, day + evening)

  • Or a full day immersion (includes all meals)

There’s no pressure to complete anything.

Each session runs for approximately 3 hours and includes guided breathwork, flower essence support, and a seasonal sensory experience.

SUNRISE SESSION

Arrival into the day

We meet before the world fully starts.

This is about coming into yourself gently — before conversation, before expectation.

Includes:

  • Flower essence (to support presence + openness)

  • Guided breathwork (slow, awakening the body)

  • Optional cold ocean dip

  • Warm drinks + grounding

  • A simple breakfast packed by Cubed Espresso

DAYTIME SESSION

Living through the senses

This is where you experience the day — without rushing it.

We slow things down and bring attention back to taste, texture, conversation and environment.

Includes:

  • Flower essence (to support receiving + openness)

  • Breathwork (balancing + grounding)

  • Exclusive picnic packed by Cubed Espresso

SUNSET / EVENING SESSION

Descent

As the light drops, so does the energy of the day.

This is about closing gently — letting things settle without needing to process or fix them.

Includes:

  • Flower essence (for release + integration)

  • Breathwork (down-regulating the nervous system)

  • Sunset viewing or candlelit close

  • Warm drinks + quiet reflection

WITHIN EACH SESSION YOU MIGHT:

  • Walk quietly along the coast

  • Journal or sit in stillness

  • Explore rock pools

  • Sauna

  • Cold dip

Activities shift depending on weather, your stay location, and what feels right on the day.

WEATHER

Wintering moves with the conditions.

When the weather is clear, we use the coastline, gardens and open air.
When it turns, we move indoors — fire, candles, warmth, same pace.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This isn’t a tour in the usual sense.

There’s no packed schedule.
No performance.
No expectation to get something out of it.

Available for Airbnb guests, couples, small groups, hens weekends, creative retreats and slow winter stays.

Private session (3 hours):
$440 for up to 4 guests

  • $90 per additional guest
