Why should I bother with flower essence and breathwork?
1
Want to be a co-creator in your own life? Because believe me, you are manifesting, whether you like it or not. The only real choice is who's doing the creating. Either you take the wheel, or the law of attraction just keeps running on autopilot, driven by whichever old pattern happens to be loudest.
These tools and practices make sure nobody is in control but your true essence. Not your 5 year old self, the one who wasn't heard. Not your 10 year old self, too afraid to speak your needs. Not your 15 year old self, who didn't feel cool enough. Not your 20 year old self, who didn't believe she was capable. Not your 30 year old self, who didn't have it all on time. Not even your current self, when the overthinking mind tries to take the wheel instead.
A clearer read on a decision you've been circling. Patterns you've been looping through, actually rewritten, not just managed. Energy that's been stuck, causing irritability, low immunity, chaotic noise in the mind, aches, pains, and stiffness in the body, finally shifting.
This isn't about adding more to your day. It's about clearing what's been in the way of a bigger, happier life.
What is a FLower Essence

Flower essences capture a plant's vibrational and life-force energy, most often through the flower itself, its highest expression. Taken similarly to a herbal remedy, the final essence is scent-free and contains no physical plant material, just its energetic imprint, held in a solution of purified water and a tiny amount of alcohol as a natural preservative, almost negligible in an actual dose.
How long have flower essences been used?

The modern flower essence movement began with Dr Edward Bach roughly a century ago, and was later expanded in Australia by Ian White, who spent decades developing essences from native Australian flora, an approach I trained in directly. But the practice itself is far older than that.
In twelfth-century Germany, Abbess Hildegard von Bingen collected dew from flowering plants to treat emotional imbalance, an approach later continued by the physician and alchemist Paracelsus, the same basic method flower essences still use today, just formalised centuries later.
And plant-based emotional healing itself goes back further still. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have practiced it for over 60,000 years, treating physical, emotional, and spiritual health as one, through bush medicine and traditional healers, Ngangkari, who still practice today.

Flower essences work with your own emotional and energetic system rather than against it. They don't force anything, they simply support whatever you're actually ready to face.
Occasionally, certain emotions can amplify for a short period before settling. Think of it in three simple stages: first, whatever's been sitting quietly gets a little louder, so you actually notice it. Then, you get the space to reflect on it, or make peace with it. From there, you're free to take an action that's genuinely aligned with what you now know.
This isn't a setback. It's how you get closer to who you actually are, without the distraction, addiction, or disconnection getting in the way, until that version of you actually matches what you've been trying to manifest. When you match it, you stop chasing it, and it starts finding you.
Is it safe, and how does it work with other treatments, pregnancy, children, and pets

How do I take them?
Yes. Essences are made by steeping flowers in purified water, traditionally in sunlight, then preserved with a tiny amount of alcohol, almost negligible in an actual dose. The final essence carries no physical plant material and no scent, just the flower's energetic imprint.
Because they work with your own emotional and energetic system rather than against it, only supporting whatever you're actually ready to face, there are no known side effects. They work on the underlying emotional layer rather than interacting chemically, so they sit comfortably alongside other treatments, medications, herbs, or therapies you're already using.
They're also considered gentle and safe for pregnancy, children, and animals, often noted to act quickly in kids and animals, who tend to carry fewer emotional blocks than adults do. As always, check with your healthcare provider for anything pregnancy-specific, or if you have particular concerns.
7 drops. Straight under the tongue, morning and night, is the most potent way to take them. But they move just as easily into your life in other ways, a splash in your morning drink, stirred through a salad dressing or a simmering broth, even into a birthday cake or homemade iceblocks for the kids, still just as real, just woven in rather than taken head-on.
How long you take them for depends entirely on what you're working through.
