Life is meant to be felt — through the body the senses, the seasons and the rhythms of nature.

About
In Ritual Living was born from my own return to feeling — a remembering shaped by nature, seasons, and the quiet practices that bring us back into the body.
What began as a personal way of listening has grown into a shared space for flower essence consultations, seasonal rituals, breathwork, and nature-based experiences on the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania.
Here we work with rhythm, breath, flower essences, and sensory awareness to support deeper presence, emotional clarity, and intuitive living. Through gatherings, consultations, and ritual practices inspired by the land around Eaglehawk Neck, In Ritual Living invites people to reconnect with their senses, their emotions, and the rhythms of nature.

For spaces that hold people
What do you want people to feel when they walk through your door?
This is something shaped together, in conversation with your space.
A 60-minute session where we sit with your space, what it holds, how it feels, and what you want people to experience while they’re in it. From there, I create a custom flower essence blend that supports that feeling.
Each blend is a personalised In Ritual formula, combining my own crafted essences with Australian Bush Flower Essences, carefully selected to align with the emotional tone you want your space to hold.
Flower essences are subtle, flower-based preparations that work with emotional states.
They don’t override anything or change someone’s personality.
In this case, we are creating a space that people can co-regulate with. The blend supports the harmonising of emotional states, helping them soften and settle as they meet the environment you have intentionally created.
This might look like…
An Airbnb where guests arrive and unwind
A curated home experience, whether you’re hosting a dinner party, hens, baby shower, or gathering, where people feel at ease, open, and connected, where conversation flows and joy moves easily through the room
A café where people feel more present, more connected, less rushed
A hair or beauty space where clients feel safe to be seen, where emotion can move without needing to be fixed
A treatment space where the energy is held clearly, without you having to carry it all
The blend becomes part of the experience you offer.
A few drops in tea, cacao, or water
Taken as a daily ritual during someone’s stay
Used by staff before service to arrive into the space
It’s simple and optional.
An invitation to soften into and fully experience what your space has to offer.
How this becomes part of your space
You’re not just receiving a blend.
I guide you in how to actually offer it within your space or business in a way that feels natural, clear, and aligned.
This includes:
– How to introduce it to guests or clients so it feels grounded and not “too much”
– Language you can use (in person, menus, welcome cards)
– Simple ways to integrate it into your existing offering
– Guidance for staff so they understand what it is and how to speak to it
– Education you can pass on, so people feel comfortable choosing to take it
So it doesn’t just sit on a shelf.
It becomes part of the experience.

If this feels like something your space is asking for, you’ll know.
I acknowledge the Pydairrerme people, the Traditional Custodians of the land and waters of the Tasman Peninsula, including Eaglehawk Neck, and the wider Palawa people of lutruwita / Tasmania.
I pay my deepest respects to Elders past and present, and to the enduring connection Aboriginal people hold with this land, sea, sky, and all living things.
I honour the thousands of years of knowledge, care, and culture that have shaped this place, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded.
